Educational Background
Fadhila Fanuel completed her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Social Protection at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM). This foundational education provided her with essential knowledge and skills related to social welfare, policy analysis, and community development. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Higher Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management with apprenticeship. This program equipped her with specialized training in the tourism sector, focusing on hospitality services, customer relations, and operational management.
Professional Experience
Fadhila then transitioned to a role at the PPF Head Office in the Operations Department as a Customer Care representative. In this position, she was responsible for managing client inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Her experience here honed her communication skills and deepened her understanding of client relationship management.
Following her tenure at PPF, Fadhila gained further experience working at Arusha Serena Hotel in front desk and  marketing department. Here   she was involved in front des operations which are check-in and checkout of guest as well as preparation of guests arrivals. She was involved in promoting hotel services and engaging with potential customers to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. This role allowed her to develop marketing strategies tailored to the hospitality sector.
Currently, Fadhila is employed as a Marketing Officer with Tanzanite Corporates limited. Tanzanite corporates limited is a leading local tourism company in Tanzania renowned for its exceptional services and commitments to showcasing the country’s natural wonders and focused in sustainable and responsible tourism activities.  She utilizes her extensive background in tourism and hospitality management to develop marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products, and services effectively. Her role involves market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful marketing initiatives. We offer comprehensive range of tourism activities such as tailor made safaris, cultural tours ,mountain climbing expedition, beach holidays ,wildlife encounter and many more.
